The house is located in the heart of the Sardinero and just a few metres from the beach.

The Sardinero was given its name before the 15th century, due to the abundant sardine fishing that took place in its waters. As early as the 14th century, whales were fished and traded on a site that existed in this area. The Sardinero is the most iconic of all the city’s beaches. One of the most expensive and elegant areas of the Spanish coast, with a glamorous past, full of history and a no less promising present.
